Free Monthly Live Guided Meditation on Insight Timer 

Pause for Presence offers you a space to practice rekindling your own sense of embodied inner peace. In this 45-minute session, take a break from daily life and join our collective practice of presence. This embodied mindfulness meditation creates space for you to bring nonjudgmental awareness to your thoughts, feelings, sensations, body, and breath with presence and self-compassion. Our session always begins with a few minutes of noble silence to help you settle in and set your intentions for your practice if you so desire. Sharing is welcome at the end.

Guided Group Meditation Practice on Zoom

Join us for a monthly guided group meditation practice dedicated to cultivating deep embodied awareness through the wisdom of your whole being. Held on Zoom, this 45-minute session provides a sanctuary for exploring your lived experience through your nervous system, body, and heart, learning to be present with all aspects of yourself in an adaptive and regulated way. Each gathering begins with a period of noble silence, allowing your system to settle and find its natural rhythm. As the session unfolds, you'll be guided to attune to the subtle layers of your experience , from physical sensations and breath patterns to emotional currents and thought streams, all held with gentle, nonjudgmental awareness and compassion. Conclude with an opportunity for community sharing, enriching your practice through connection and collective resonance.
