What Does it Mean to Work Somatically?
Somatic work involves engaging directly with physiology and the nervous system through sensation, breath, and movement.
Rather than approaching experience only through thought or analysis, it invites attention to how the body is holding and responding to what has been lived.
Through this kind of listening, the body is given support to release, regulate, and gradually restore balance. Change often unfolds through felt experience, as the nervous system learns new patterns of safety, responsiveness, and ease.

Access the Full Course Today

This course was created as a practical entry point into somatic work. It’s meant to support people who feel curious about reconnecting with their bodies and learning ways to support regulation over time.

It’s a self-led offering designed to make somatic principles more accessible and understandable, particularly for those who prefer to move at their own pace and begin exactly where they are.
For $49, the course includes 15 days of guided audio practices, introductory nervous system education, and a foundational set of tools you can return to as needed. The material is shaped by both clinical training in somatic therapy and lived experience.

You’re invited to move through the course in your own rhythm, revisiting practices whenever they feel supportive. Access is ongoing, allowing the course to function as a steady resource rather than a one-time experience.
Why Your Body is the Way....
We’re taught to manage stress and our challenges by thinking harder, pushing through, or trying to control our reactions. But the body carries its own story, its own memory, and its own wisdom. When you learn how to listen to it, gently and without overwhelm—something shifts. Tension begins to release. Old patterns loosen. Your system learns safety again.
This course guides you through small, doable somatic practices that help you reconnect with yourself, not as an idea, but as a lived experience.

You don’t have to force anything. You just have to begin.
What You'll Learn...
Through 15 days of guided somatic lessons and practices, you’ll learn how to:

From the People Who’ve Done This Work
When you learn to meet your nervous system with steadiness and presence, things begin to shift.
These reflections are from people who’ve felt that real shift in their own bodies through taking this course.
What's Included...
This is a 15-day self-paced journey, which means you move at the rhythm that feels right for your body, not a rigid schedule that demands you keep up.
Each day includes:

-
A short, grounded teaching (5–10 minutes of audio)
-
One gentle somatic practice (5–7 minutes)
-
Journal prompts to help you integrate what you learn.

Plus, you'll receive a PDF with all the prompts and reflections so you can revisit, journal, and track your journey in one place.
What Matters Most...
This course is designed to be easy to digest, not overwhelming, and meet you where you are. You're getting small, manageable pieces you can actually absorb and work with, not a flood of information that leaves you more stressed than when you started.

And because everything is audio, you can listen however feels most comfortable, lying down, sitting in your favorite chair, or anywhere you feel safe and settled. No need to sit at your computer and stare at a screen.

Take your time. Repeat practices as many times as you need (most people do). Pause when your body says pause. Come back when you're ready.

You always have choice. Every practice, every reflection, every moment is optional. Why? Because this work is about learning to listen to your body again and respect it. You're rebuilding trust. And trust can't be forced. It's curated slowly, through choice and self-attunement.
There is no wrong way to do this work, only your way. And that's the beauty of it: learning what actually works for you, not what you think you should do.
Common Questions...
A personal Note...

I created this journey from firsthand experience of feeling stuck within my own nervous system. I understood things cognitively, yet still found myself moving through patterns that didn’t easily shift.
Somatic work supported change for me over time. The process was gradual and sustainable, shaped by learning how to stay with experience rather than bypass it. I’ve since witnessed similar processes unfold for people I work with. Change tends to emerge as a growing capacity to feel and respond in ways that thinking alone couldn’t reach.

This work is about returning to the rhythms of your own body and nervous system, and learning to relate to them with more trust and care. One of my somatic teachers helped me recognize that support doesn’t require force or self-correction. It can arise from within, when the right conditions are present.
