Hello & Welcome - Glad You're Here...
I'm Katie, creator of Freebird Meditations. I know what it's like to feel pulled in all directions, to feel completely overwhelmed by life, and to deeply long for a quieter, more grounded way of moving through it all.
My work as a mental health professional, mindfulness teacher, and somatic and nervous system educator is shaped by over two decades of supporting others and my ongoing practice. It reflects an approach that is slow, respectful, invitational and attentive to the body’s natural intelligence.
As this work unfolds, space often opens: less tension, more ease, and moments of genuine presence and freedom woven into everyday life. At the heart of Freebird Meditations is a simple orientation: learning to relate to yourself with attention, patience, and care.
You already have the capacity for peace & ease within you.
This work is a way remembering how to return to it, intentionally.
It's the deepest & most sustainable form of self-care there is.
