ONLINE SOMATIC PRACTICE GROUPS
If you’re looking for a way to practice mindfulness and somatic skills in a consistent, shared online space, these practice groups are designed to support exactly that.
We learn by practicing together, through shared experience, live demonstrations, and real-time practice. There is some teaching, but the emphasis is on doing the work rather than talking about it, allowing learning to deepen through experience.
Groups are intentionally small (around 20 participants) to support presence, continuity, and care.
Participation is offered as a paid, facilitated group, reflecting the structure and support involved while keeping the focus on practice and experiential learning.
