I know what it feels like to be disconnected from yourself and to carry the weight of past experiences within your body. And I also know what becomes possible when that finally starts to change.
For a long time, I lived in patterns I didn't fully understand, until I found somatic work. Then things really shifted. Not all at once, but gradually, genuinely, and experienced from the inside out. It felt much more sustainable.
