This website is still in its' "work in progress" phase; however, I am looking forward to providing a plethora of resources that relate to mindfulness, meditation, somatic experiencing, breathwork, mental health psychoeducation, trauma-sensitive applications, other special topics that are insight and experiential oriented, as well as recommended resources from others whom I believe have something of support and value to share.

This is a 4-week self-study course for those struggling with anxiety, which combines Mindfulness-Based Practices, Meditation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT.)

This course mirrors the work I do with my therapy clients in session and is designed for you to learn and practice on your own. 

I am in the process of creating a similar course for those struggling with depression.
