THE LION'S GAZE PRACTICE

lions gaze guided meditation for non reactivity and emotional regulation by Freebird Meditations

This guided meditation draws on a traditional Buddhist teaching known as the Lion’s Gaze, a parable pointing toward a more steady and grounded way of relating to experience. Through gentle awareness of the breath, body, and inner experience, you’re invited to turn toward the source of reactivity rather than being pulled into it. From here, the space between impulse and response becomes more visible, supporting greater clarity, composure, and choice.
