Over the years, I’ve seen how helpful simple, grounded resources can be for both clients and the helpers supporting them. Sometimes, having a handout, reflection tool, or supportive practice available at the right moment can make a real difference.

I’ve been invited by an Insight Timer Therapist Hub to contribute resources, particularly in somatics, nervous system regulation, and chronic pain. I wanted to create a space where I could also share some of those offerings directly with you here.
