ONLINE 4-WEEK

SOMATIC PRACTICE GROUPS

If you’re looking for a way to learn and practice in a consistent, shared online space, these groups are designed to support exactly that.

We learn by practicing together, co-regulating in a supportive and safe space, through shared experience, live demonstrations, and real-time exploration. Over time, understanding develops, but the focus is on the direct experience of the work, sensing it in your body and nervous system as it unfolds.

Groups are intentionally small (around 20 participants) to support presence, continuity, and care.

This is a facilitated, paid process group, reflecting the structure and support involved, while keeping the focus on what matters most: practice, experience, and integration.
